We don't just inspect quality, we build it into every stage of the process.

At Kaytech Aerospace, quality control ensures consistent and reliable quality at every stage of production through CMM-supported measurements and digital traceability.

At Kaytech Aerospace, quality control is not merely the final stage of production but an integrated verification system embedded throughout the entire manufacturing process. Component conformity, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality are monitored from the beginning of production through final shipment.

Inspection activities are carried out using high-precision CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) systems. Three-dimensional verification of complex components is performed by referencing CAD models, while measurement reports are digitally recorded and archived for complete traceability.

Our quality control processes include:

  • First Article Inspection (FAI)
  • In-process measurement verification
  • Final inspection reporting
  • Tolerance analysis
  • Surface roughness inspection
  • Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) verification

Dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and functional requirements are evaluated in accordance with engineering drawings and digital model references. Repeatability and measurement reliability analyses are conducted for all critical dimensions.

All measurement data are documented in accordance with traceability principles, while revision management and documentation are maintained through a systematic process. This approach ensures process stability and consistent quality throughout manufacturing.
