Precision Machining

Every component we shape is brought to life with precision and confidence.

At Kaytech Aerospace, complex components are efficiently machined with high precision and process reliability using our 5-axis and 3+1-axis CNC infrastructure.

Kaytech Aerospace’s manufacturing infrastructure consists of 5-axis CNC machining centers and 3+1-axis vertical machining centers configured for the production of high-precision components.

Our 5-axis machining capability enables complex geometries to be machined in a single setup, minimizing positioning errors while improving surface quality and maintaining tight tolerance consistency. Simultaneous multi-axis motion allows curved surfaces, angled pockets, contour transitions, and other critical high-precision features to be machined within a single operation plan.

This capability provides:

  • Fewer setup operations
  • Higher geometric accuracy
  • Tighter dimensional tolerances
  • Shorter cycle times
  • Greater process reliability

Our 3+1-axis machining centers are optimized for prismatic components and parts of medium complexity. Indexed axis control enables the machining of angled surfaces while ensuring stability and efficiency in high-volume, repeatable production operations.

Throughout all machining processes, we apply:

  • Cutting parameter optimization
  • Toolpath verification
  • Thermal stability control
  • Rigid workholding systems
  • In-process measurement and inspection

Machining strategies are determined according to material characteristics, while surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and repeatability remain the key criteria in our operational planning.

At Kaytech Aerospace, machining is regarded not simply as a manufacturing activity, but as a controlled process management system. Through our advanced multi-axis machining capabilities and structured operational approach, we consistently manufacture high-precision components that meet sustainable quality standards.
