Precision is the foundation of every process; engineering and design achieve excellence through adva

Our engineering process integrates design and manufacturing through a CAD/CAM infrastructure. Precision is achieved through digital simulation and optimization.

At Kaytech Aerospace, the engineering process is carried out within an integrated framework that encompasses component development, manufacturability analysis, and operational planning. Digital continuity between design and manufacturing is ensured through our in-house CAD and CAM capabilities.

Our engineering team manages 3D modeling, technical drawing preparation, tolerance definition, assembly verification, and manufacturing strategy planning. During the design phase, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), surface finish requirements, material behavior, and machinability parameters are evaluated together to ensure technical validation before production.

As part of our engineering infrastructure, Siemens NX and CATIA are actively used. These platforms enable:

  • Parametric and surface modeling
  • Development of 3-axis and 5-axis machining strategies for complex geometries
  • Toolpath optimization
  • Collision detection and digital simulation
  • Post-processing verification

Within our CAM processes, operational planning is performed by optimizing cutting parameters, analyzing tool life, defining material removal strategies, and achieving targeted surface quality. Digital simulation and verification help optimize cycle times while minimizing operational risks.

By maintaining data integrity between design information and machine operations, revision management and full traceability are systematically ensured. This approach maximizes repeatability, precision, and process reliability throughout the manufacturing process.

At Kaytech Aerospace, engineering and design are regarded not merely as preparation stages but as strategic processes that directly influence manufacturing performance.
